Note: Technically the “size” of the universe pre-crises, post-crises, rebirth, etc universes should be the same. All the universes are technically the same universe undergoing a cosmic reboot. Originally we used the concept that the DC universe was at least 100 trillion light years in radius, making it 1,244,655,580 x larger than our observable universe. Since then we’ve come up with a few new measuring methods.
Earth-S universe Size method
On “Earth-S”, the universe that housed the original incarnation of Captain Marvel, Earth was shown to physically be the size of an atom relative to a giant civilization. We can compare the ratio of the size of Earth to an Atom, and use that to find the size of the observable universe relative to giant civilization.

Universe expansion method
The universe is stated to expand at 60 trillion light years per half second. We can use that statement to figure out how big that would make the “current” DC universe in its modern day. I’ll also take into account the “big crunch”, where the universe eventually reverses and collapses back in on itself.

Given the start of the universe till modern Earth is less than half the total age of universes, it’s unlikely the receding of the universe and big crunch had started to take place.
