Background
Real name: John
Age: 59
Gender: Male (but in the toxic, derogative way)
Species: Human (In his fake origin, he’s an alien)
Occupation: “Superhero”
Background: Created in a Vought lab by modifying a fetus’ DNA with a potent drug called Compound V, Homelander was made to be the most powerful superhero in the world, one controlled by Vought-American, a highly corrupt company that seeks nothing more than money and power. Even right after he was born, Homelander was capable of manifesting his powers, slaughtering entire rooms of scientists before his umbilical cord had even been cut. For the sake of everyone at Vought, he grew up in a remote silo with a hydrogen bomb tied to him at all times, but the public knew a completely different story. To them, Homelander arrived on Earth as a little child who had crash-landed on Earth from outer space, only to become the epitome of the American dream, as well as the strongest man on the planet. After quickly becoming the corporate equivalent of a religious symbol, this arrogant man realized that he could do anything he wanted without any consequences. From then on, Homelander and other major superheroes carried a double life where to the public, they were symbols of virtue, while in reality, they were nothing more than depraved lab rats without morals or limits.
Powers & Abilities
Superhuman Physicality: Due to the immense amount of Compound V running through his veins, Homelander possesses extreme strength, speed, stamina, and durability, to the point where man-made weapons are majorly useless against him, with the only contingency plan against him being his own clone, Black Noir, who is also a twisted little shit. When applied externally, V can increase a human’s strength 15 to 20 times, but because Homelander had it embedded into his DNA, his level of enhancement far exceeds what any V-boosted human can reach.
Heat Vision: Just like Superman, Homelander can shoot beams of concentrated heat out of his eyes. These beams can easily burn through all kinds of materials, including metals and, of course, people. Given that they behave exactly like regular lasers (straight, burn through things, intangible), they most likely travel at lightspeed.
Superhuman Senses: Homelander’s sensory organs are much more advanced than that of a regular human. In terms of hearing, he can detect an explosion going off while he’s several kilometers away (S1E2, 55:20), as well as hearing other people’s heart rates, which he can use to detect the way they feel.
X-Ray Vision: In addition to his enhanced vision, he can see through walls and people, with his only limit being Zinc materials, which block X-Ray Radiation. Frequently uses it for peeping.
Flight: Naturally, like any other Superman expy, Homelander is capable of high-speed flight.
Supersonic Attacks: He is capable of screaming so loudly that it ruptures people’s eardrums. However, since Maeve was unaffected by them, they’re probably not strong enough to harm other Supes. In the show, a sonic clap from him left Blindspot, who had super hearing, bleeding on the floor.
Superhuman Ejaculation: An orgasm from Homelander has the same effect on a person as a point-blank shot from a high-end shotgun. Heheh.

Homelander does not particularly require much scaling, since he’s the one who performs most major feats in the series and he’s considered the strongest, with only Black Noir as his equal (in the comics), but just in case, here are some filler feats.
A-Train outruns beams of light. (S1E8, 52:00)
