Background
The Zoldycks. This family is infamous for breeding some of the deadliest assassins in the world [Ch 13, Pg 95-96 and Ch 39, Pg 71]. But the middle child of this current generation of Zoldycks would also be the spawn who looked to have the most promise: Killua [Ch 42, Pg 133-134/145]. Despite being trained at a young age to be a cold-blooded killer, Killua didn’t possess the mindset of a true assassin [Ch 42, Pg 134]. His family would try to meld him into one, but he was sick of killing and decided to abandon his family and home at 11-years-old to search for a different purpose in life [Ch 13, Pg 95-96 and Ch 36, Pg 13]. He definitely found it hard to restrict his bloodlust though [Ch 57, Pg 54-55].
Killua would then enter the 287th Hunter Exam [Ch 6, Pg 129]. The idea of being a Hunter is that one can decide to go anywhere and do almost whatever they would like to achieve their goals [Ch 2, Pg 39], to succeed in their own hunts if you will. Treasure Hunters, Crime Hunters, Gourmet Hunters, and more exist within the world, though Killua simply joined the exam because he had heard it was difficult and thought it’d be fun [Ch 7, 158]. This is where he would meet another kid around his age named Gon Freecss [Ch 6, Pg 138], along with Kurapika and Leorio. Gon piqued the interest of Killua, and the two hit it off as being the best of friends [Ch 185, Pg 156-157]. Despite perhaps finding a better path, Killua’s brother Illumi had also entered the Hunter Exam by chance, and would manipulate him enough to fail the exam and return home [Ch 36, Pg 11-25].
Killua would be free from his family soon enough to explore the world [Ch 42, Pg 142-145]. He owed a lot of this to Gon [Ch 131, Pg 62-63], and always felt like he was just a shadow in Gon’s light [Ch 199, Pg 195-196], but he would prove himself to be a kid who would always be by his friend’s side. The two would go through many adventures together in search of Gon’s missing father and to find what Killua wants to do with his life [Ch 64, Pg 14-17], and would learn the ability of Nen to control their auras. Becoming respectable fighters, they have helped save the day from Spider thieves, explosive Bombers, and even chimera creatures. And when the latter situation would leave Gon at his breaking point and Killua had no idea what to do [Ch 294, Pg 71-74/82-83], eventually causing Gon to have an emotional breakdown and be at the verge of death [Ch 316, Pg 119-123], Killua would return all the favors Gon had given to make him the person he is today to save his life with the help of his sister Alluka [Ch 324, Pg 74-75]. Not being afraid to stand his ground now, even to Illumi, Killua’s newfound goal in life was to protect his sister [Ch 336, Pg 124-127], even if it meant finally splitting away from Gon as he went to meet his father [Ch 338, Pg 150-153], though the two are always one call away from seeing each other again.

Note
For the most part, Killua’s research is using the Hunter × Hunter manga, as it is the original source material. Moments from the Hunter × Hunter 2011 anime will also be included and labelled as such when mentioning what chapter/episode something comes from. The same will go for the “Phantom Rouge” and “The Last Mission” movies. While non-canon, I’ll include supportive equipment, abilities, and feats, mostly to round it out nicely for this sheet, though none of what’s included from those movies should affect the result, but they can also easily not be included in the actual episode.
Equipment
Skateboard
A normal skateboard that Killua can commonly be seen riding for very casual movement [Ch 6, Pg 137 and The Last Mission, 5:56].
Can perform some sick tricks with it [Ch 6, Pg 138].
Knife
A basic knife Killua once used to threaten someone [Ch 57, Pg 63-65].
Taser
A standard taser that Killua can use on himself to recharge his Hatsu for electricity manipulation [Ch 122, Pg 111-113].
Superalloy Yo-Yos
A pair of specially designed yo-yos made by Killua’s brother Milluki that each weigh 50 kilograms and are made of a metal superalloy [Ch 178, Pg 45].
He’s obviously very skilled at wielding them as if they were normal yo-yos, including both at the same time [Ch 178, Pg 52 and Ch 212, Pg 8-10].
Killua uses these as offensive weapons by swinging or shooting them at enemies [Ch 178, Pg 44/46-47].
Can swing them around corners and objects to change their trajectory thanks to the string to catch enemies off guard [Ch 178, Pg 50].
Can grab and pull or swing others by wrapping the string around them [Ch 238, Pg 48-49], which is also a way for him to restrain them outright [Ch 178, Pg 52].
He can also latch onto objects and swing around like with a grappling hook and can help prevent falling great distances [The Last Mission, 24:57].
Has shown perfect accuracy with them while using the minimum effort to crush through opponents’ heads [Ch 269, Pg 180-182].
He can also perform common yo-yo tricks for offensive purposes [Ch 178, Pg 52].
The yo-yos are also connected to Killua’s arms via a ring so that he doesn’t need to hold onto them with his hands to use them [Ch 178, Pg 43-44] and can alter the trajectory of his swings after initially launching a yo-yo [Ch 178, Pg 46].
This can let him rebound it upon hitting something or someone to strike multiple opponents back-to-back [The Last Mission, 34:45].
Killua is able to attack opponents who are not too far above him with them [Ch 235, Pg 196].
Is able to utilize the surfaces of his yo-yos as mirrors to see reflections of various angles and notice if there are others nearby [Ch 293, Pg 50-51].
They can also conduct electricity [Ch 178, Pg 52].
Assassination Training & Arts
Killua has trained since he was a baby in the art of quick and silent assassinations [Ch 125, Pg 163], and was looked forward to by his family to be one the family’s best [Ch 42, Pg 133-134].
Is a talented fighter [Ch 90, Pg 135-138 and Ch 236, Pg 10-13], though does tend to casually take down opponents at times [Ch 29, Pg 59-60], or sometimes be very cruel toward them [Ch 156, Pg 71-72].
Hunters are required to have a minimal understanding of martial arts [Ch 331, Pg 16-17].
Trained in tailing since the age of three [Ch 90, Pg 125].
Possesses an incredibly high pain tolerance that has allowed him to power and think through multiple intense injuries, such as:
Torture for several weeks [Ch 41, Pg 124-125 and Ch 42, Pg 128-133/137].
Puncture wounds through several organs and parts of his body [Ch 239, Pg 56-69 and Ch 240, Pg 71-79], which also occurred after many other injuries that caused him to bleed [Ch 237, Pg 23-26].
Has complete control over his body’s muscle movements to the point of being able to escape certain traps by dislocating his joints [Ch 112, Pg 135 and Ch 113, Pg 146].
Was trained to be resistant and tolerant to poisons, whether liquid [Ch 6, Pg 130] or gas [The Last Mission, 35:45], and electricity [Ch 125, Pg 163] respectively to aid in his assassinations.
Even paralyzing poisons fail to affect him [Ch 193, Pg 92-94].
Killua’s father Silva was able to handle a poison capable of paralyzing a whale with just .1 milligrams long enough to quickly pop it back out of his body [Ch 98, Pg 99-100].
This does reveal that this resistance does have a limit, as he had to remove the poison in the first place, though that limit is still very high due to not being affected by it right away.
Capable of dealing with one million volts of electricity [Ch 59, Pg 94-96].
Can sense someone else’s bloodlust [Ch 8, Pg 176-177], even being able to tell when someone is faking it [Ch 18, Pg 13-14].
An example of sensing immense bloodlust from far away [Ch 326, Pg 121-123].
He all around possesses heightened senses [Ch 13, Pg 97-98], letting him take notice of others following and sneaking up on him [Ch 26, Pg 170-171 and Ch 29, Pg 48-52], or those who are watching him [Ch 293, Pg 49-58].
Killua was able to feel the presence of someone who was invisible [Ch 231, Pg 120-121 and Ch 241, Pg 98-99]
Other examples of knowing when he is being spied on or followed [Ch 128, Pg 7-8 and Ch 133, Pg 87-88].
Capable of gauging how strong opponents are and comparing the strength between others after watching them in action [Ch 44, Pg 175-177 and Ch 89, Pg 106].
Is able to go several days without sleeping [Ch 235, Pg 187-189], and his brother Illumi was capable of going without eating for around five days as well [Ch 26, Pg 183 and Ch 29, Pg 63].
Possesses a small healing factor that allowed him to recover from multiple hole wounds through even organs in only two days [Ch 240, Pg 71-79], though he did need a bit of medical assistance for all his blood loss [Ch 241, Pg 88-90/95 and Ch 255, Pg 122-126].
This does have a limit [Ch 165, Pg 23-27/32-34], as Killua’s hands needed to recover from some of Gon’s attacks for over 26 days before even being somewhat functional [Ch 174, Pg 167/174].
This all around lets Killua achieve superhuman strength [Ch 178, Pg 39], speed/agility/reflexes [Ch 90, Pg 133-134], durability [Ch 236, Pg 16-18], and stamina [Ch 140, Pg 7-15], as well as various assassination arts.
Silent Gaits
Claws
Killua is able to adjust the anatomy of his hands to form his fingernails into menacing claws sharper than knives [Ch 21, Pg 83-84 and Ch 29, Pg 60].
Can do this with both his hands simultaneously [Ch 269, Pg 180-183].
Capable of using them to decapitate others before they realize what happened [Ch 14, Pg 118] or swiftly rip out people’s hearts [Ch 21, Pg 77-80].
Rhythm Echo
An advanced application of the Silent Gaits technique, where Killua creates a varying cadence of steps with his movements to confuse enemies with afterimages of himself [Ch 13, Pg 101-102], even being able to use these afterimages as decoys [Ch 178, Pg 41].
These instances have even tricked experienced Nen users, like Netero and Sub, who would normally be able to sense his aura.
The Snake Awakens
Killua whips his arms around at intense speeds with incredible fluidity and is capable of cleaving through anything that makes contact with them [Ch 193, Pg 91].
Assassin Mode
Killua is able to embrace his assassin mindset by entering a heightened concentration where he fully focuses on killing his enemy while stopping himself from hesitating [Ch 193, Pg 90-91 and Ch 238, Pg 51-52].
He also notes that this mode is more powerful than his usual mindset [Ch 44, Pg 175-176].
Strategic Mind
Killua is an incredibly smart kid, being capable of coming up with creative and complex plans on the fly to take down opponents.
He’s also very perceptive and that allows him to come up with these strategies even easier [Ch 141, Pg 31].
His observational skills have even been complimented by pro Hunters [Ch 186, Pg 177-179].
An example of him analyzing Gon’s fight with Knuckle [Ch 208, Pg 139-146].
He’s all around someone who can figure things out with enough thought to connect the pieces together [Ch 159, Pg 115-116/119-123].
His experience as an assassin has also led him to think of many possible scenarios even if the likelihood of a certain one is almost 100% anyway [Ch 258, Pg 178-183].
Nen combat is also all about making quick decisions and plans based on seeing your opponent’s abilities [Ch 141, Pg 28].
Below is a list of examples of his intellect and plans that all worked out for him:
Deduced the properties of Hisoka’s hidden Bungee Gum after just mastering how to use Gyo [Ch 57, Pg 58-60].
Escaped the Phantom Troupe member and master swordsman Nobunaga with Gon by creating their own two exits in the room of a building they were trapped in to split up [Ch 93, Pg 196-199], which they were then able to trick him into thinking they would surprise attack him and instead ran away while Nobunaga was on guard [Ch 94, Pg 8-18].
Found a convincing reason for him and Gon to keep their eyes closed for a blackout to occur shortly after so that their eyes were adjusted to the darkness quicker than the Phantom Troupe and resulted in Chrollo’s capture [Ch 113, Pg 140/144-151].
This one especially shows how he keeps an eye on an opponent’s most minor openings even after only seeing them a few times.
Defeated Mosquito by pretending that her paralyzing toxin worked before taking her out once she let her guard down [Ch 193, Pg 92-94].
Came up with the Whirlwind Nen ability of Godspeed on the fly despite immense pain from multiple wounds to instantly catch a dart that was going to conjure and pierce through his head and would then play dead and kill his attackers once they revealed themselves and were vulnerable [Ch 240, Pg 71-82]. The reason he knew where the dart would appear is due to his mastery of it at the age of six or seven allowing him to realize what rules were being played and when exactly the dart would aim for his head [Ch 240, Pg 83-85].
Nen
Aura is the life energy found in all living things that is essential for survival [Ch 47, Pg 61], which flows out of many Aura Nodes on the body [Ch 48, Pg 71/77-78], though these nodes only open through intense meditation or forced initiation [Ch 48, Pg 70-77].
Aura is claimed to feel hot [Ch 48, Pg 75].
Nen, meaning “Sense” or “Mind Force” in some translations [Ch 46, Pg 43], is a technique that allows one, like Killua, to utilize aura in various ways, such as:
Sensing other auras to determine the locations of others and notice when he is being approached [Ch 50, Pg 104-105/114-116 and Ch 56, Pg 42-43], even from far away for specific targets [Ch 218, Pg 112-113], which can also:
Help tell how someone else is feeling exactly [Ch 46, Pg 42 and Ch 81, Pg 148].
Aid in figuring out how much aura there is for dealing with various Nen abilities and how it’s being used [Ch 53, Pg 176].
Help tell how strong an opponent potentially is [Ch 156, Pg 66-67 and Ch 199, Pg 187-189].
Predict how an opponent will attack [Ch 210, Pg 176-179].
Be sensed from miles away depending on how powerful the Nen attack is [Ch 297, Pg 140-141].
Overall enhance their senses to help against sneak attacks even when asleep [Ch 139, Pg 194-195].
Writing out hidden messages [Ch 279, Pg 178].
Unlocking another’s Aura Nodes by transferring their aura into them [Ch 48, Pg 71/75-77].
Utilization of aura can also be unknowingly used when someone is very passionate about a certain thing and allows them to improve their skills in that field [Ch 257, Pg 155-156/163-164].
Killua is noted to have an impeccable skill in using Nen, specifically described as being 1 in 10,000,000 for innate talent.
A person’s emotions also affect how powerful their Nen is [Ch 48, Pg 72 and Ch 83, Pg 179].
An example of Killua’s determination to win at any cost increasing his Nen’s power [Ch 191, Pg 61-63].
Only those who can use Nen can see aura due to there being Aura Nodes in the eyes [Ch 48, Pg 77-78].
Aura is able to be captured on video for Nen users to see [Ch 56, Pg 33-34/37-38].
Aura can be seen even in the dark [Ch 233, Pg 154], and if anything is brighter when in the dark [Ch 250, Pg 42].
Claimed to be most effective against other humans [Ch 47, Pg 63].
Principles of Nen
There are four major principles of Nen that every Nen user is capable of:
Ten: Lets one control their aura so it doesn’t leak out of their body and instead flow through and around it [Ch 48, Pg 78-80]. It also reduces one’s aging [Ch 47, Pg 61], protects them from emotional Nen attacks [Ch 46, Pg 38 and Ch 48, Pg 82-83], and all around defends them [Ch 47, Pg 63], enough to prevent normally fatal attacks from killing [Ch 162, Pg 171-173]. This principle is claimed to be solely for defense [Ch 49, Pg 96].
Zetsu: Allows one to close their Aura Nodes to stop the flow of aura [Ch 50, Pg 113], so it’d be easily assumed that doing so in the eyes would make one unable to see aura [Ch 48, Pg 77-78]. It helps relieve fatigue [Ch 47, Pg 62], and can also be used to hide from those who can sense auras [Ch 52, Pg 152], which is incredibly useful for surprise attacks against those types of opponents [Ch 61, Pg 146-147]. A Nen user who sees someone using Zetsu will see the user as somewhat transparent [Ch 90, Pg 121]. However, since the aura isn’t protecting the body, this can result in even the slightest Nen attacks dealing incredible damage [Ch 50, Pg 114-115 and Ch 51, Pg 119-120/128-129].
Killua is able to swap between Ten and Zetsu quickly on the fly very easily depending on what the situation calls for [Ch 136, Pg 140-141 and Ch 141, Pg 29-31].
Ren: Allows one to produce large amounts of aura in a very explosive manner [Ch 47, Pg 62], which increases their physical strength and durability while granting them a larger pool of aura to use in many ways [Ch 50, Pg 111 and Ch 58, Pg 75-76]. It can even be influenced with hostility to show their bloodlust to a victim [Ch 46, Pg 34-37 and Ch 47, Pg 50-51], which is capable of causing non-Nen users to feel immense fear or panic [Ch 45, Pg 20-21/23-24], become paralyzed [Ch 47, Pg 56-57], lose limbs, [Ch 49, Pg 93-94 and Ch 50, Pg 110], break minds [Ch 361, Pg 16], or even die trying to fight against it [Ch 47, Pg 58/63]. It also is used for Water Divination to discover what Nen category one falls in for their Hatsu [Ch 60, Pg 111-112], though can funnily work with other liquids such as coffee [Ch 200, Pg 14]. Killua has trained to maintain his Ren for three hours [Ch 201, Pg 31-32 and Ch 202, Pg 49-50], and eventually got to the point where they could do so without even concentrating [Ch 205, Pg 91 and Ch 206, Pg 103].
Ten is capable of containing the aura produced by Ren [Ch 57, Pg 48-49].
Hatsu: Is one’s personal expression of Nen [Ch 60, Pg 109], essentially projecting their aura in order to create and use unique Nen abilities that suit the individual best [Ch 56, Pg 39-40]. These abilities can become stronger by sacrificing certain things or setting limitations or conditions on them [Ch 83, Pg 183 and Ch 103, Pg 188-190], with those abilities becoming more powerful the harsher the restriction [Ch 76, Pg 41 and Ch 83, Pg 188]. If a restriction is broken, the user will suffer consequences of varying degrees based on what was set up [Ch 77, Pg 70-71 and Ch 83, Pg 189-190]. They can also persist a long time after death and become stronger if the ability is driven by hate and regret while directing itself toward the target of those emotions [Ch 120, Pg 80].
There are six different Nen categories that determine the type of abilities one can use with their Hatsu [Ch 60, Pg 109-110], though some people may align themselves in the middle of two categories. A person is often labelled a category by some characters based on personality [Ch 62, Pg 155]. Killua is a Transmuter-Enhancer [Ch 60, Pg 115], having the power to alter his aura into other forms with Transmutation [Ch 60, Pg 110], which he is mainly known for compared to Enhancement. An example of this is being able to change the taste of water to make it as sweet as honey [Ch 60, Pg 115]. Transmuters are tricksters and prone to deceit who tend to put up a facade and not display their true feelings [Ch 62, Pg 156-157].
Killua has practiced with his other affinity in Enhancement as well [Ch 145, Pg 87-89]. Enhancement allows one to use aura to strengthen oneself or objects [Ch 60, Pg 110], being very useful for offense and defense in melee combat [Ch 82, Pg 158-160]. Because of this, Enhancement is a very important category to know for fighting [Ch 83, Pg 177-180].A Nen user is capable of learning other categories of Nen than just the ones they have an affinity for, though some categories are easier than others as shown by this compatibility chart where those who are closer to a category have an easier time at mastering a technique from it besides Specialist unless one is a Specialist themselves [Ch 60, Pg 110]. Categories can even be combined for the making of a Nen ability [Ch 60, Pg 111].
Killua has practiced Conjuration a bit as well due to it being close to Transmutation on the Nen chart [Ch 146, Pg 112]. Conjuration lets one create physical objects out of their aura [Ch 60, Pg 110]. Conjuration is also one of the only ways to allow non-Nen users to see aura [Ch 196, Pg 140-143]. While there is a way to conceal them using a technique called In [Ch 82, Pg 169-170], it’s unknown if Killua knows it.Abilities Killua can utilize with his Hatsu will be listed under “Electricity Manipulation [Hatsu]”.
Advanced Nen Techniques
Nen has other techniques one can master after learning the basics.
Killua has been shown to have learned most of these, which includes:
Gyo: An application of Ren where one focuses a large amount of their aura into one specific body part [Ch 123, Pg 130-131 and Ch 124, Pg 133-134]. This strengthens that body part [Ch 179, Pg 57-58], such as using it on one’s eyes to see concealed Nen that’s hidden through a technique called In [Ch 55, Pg 17-18 and Ch 56, Pg 37-38], allowing one to more easily deduce the properties of those abilities [Ch 57, Pg 58-60]. It is able to help see even the tiniest amounts of aura [Ch 77, Pg 73 and Ch 85, Pg 43]. This can even help track others who utilize their aura from far away and end up leaving a trail [Ch 136, Pg 144-146]. It does leave the rest of the body more vulnerable though due to aura being concentrated more in one area [Ch 124, Pg 133-134 and Ch 179, Pg 59-60], but Killua has trained to make this a reflex for anything that seems suspicious [Ch 145, Pg 89 and Ch 146, Pg 110-111], which would minimize this risk.
A less potent version of Gyo can also be used by utilizing only the natural aura leaking from the body instead of the aura produced by Ren [Ch 124, Pg 134].
En: An application of Ten and Ren where one expands their aura greatly and contains it and allows the user to then be able to feel the shape and movement of anything that goes into this field of aura [Ch 94, Pg 15-17]. While many characters have shown to be capable of expanding this ability ludicrously far [Ch 98, Pg 92 and Ch 202, Pg 41], Killua can’t reach and maintain the distance for this to technically be considered En, only being able to produce his aura 57 cm away from his body [Ch 237, Pg 30-31], though this can still allow him to recognize the direction of where an attack is coming from if a hidden enemy is striking him from out of his sight or far away [Ch 237, Pg 32-34].
Shu: An application of Ten where one enshrouds an object in their aura and uses it as an extension of their own body [Ch 140, Pg 19-21], which can strengthen that object’s power and durability [Ch 46, Pg 43-44]. This can also be utlized with other techniques like Ko [Ch 145, Pg 88-89]. Killua should be able to perform this on his yo-yos to make them hit even harder.
Ko: A combination of Ten, Zetsu, Ren, Hatsu, and Gyo where one focuses all of their aura into one part of their body to make it incredibly powerful [Ch 141, Pg 32/35-36]. Gyo focuses it into that part of the body, while Ten disperses it, leaving the rest of the body in a state of Zetsu to maximize the strength of the focused part. Ren then increases the amount of aura produced to make it even stronger. It’s a very strong offensive technique that has the possibility of being used defensively to protect one part of the body if one knows that part will be struck [Ch 141, Pg 33]. That said, attacking and defending with it is very risky since it leaves the rest of the body defenseless [Ch 228, Pg 84-85].
Ko can also be utilized with Shu to make weapons much more powerful [Ch 228, Pg 83].
Ken: An advanced form of Ten and Ren where one maintains a state of Ren for a prolonged amount of time and envelops and contains it around their whole body evenly for greatly enhanced defenses [Ch 141, Pg 34-35]. This produces about 10 times the amount of aura compared to Ten [Ch 142, Pg 41], and is able to be held for over 30 minutes [Ch 142, Pg 39-40]. Typically used to defend against Ko or when remaining cautious [Ch 206, Pg 113], though it isn’t as strong as Ko in both power and defense [Ch 233, Pg 157].
Ryu: A term used for Gyo while in a state of Ken to balance and judge real-time offensive and defensive value adjustments in combat [Ch 142, Pg 41-42]. This essentially means that the remaining percentage of aura that isn’t used when focusing a certain amount of it will be distributed to the rest of the body and is able to be done quickly when mastered [Ch 142, Pg 44-47]. As an example, if 70% of one’s aura is used to strike an enemy with their fist, then the remaining 30% covers the rest of the body and leaves the user less vulnerable than if they were using Ko instead, though also with less power output. One must be quick and fluid with this technique, as others who can see aura may have a good idea of what the user is up to if they are too slow with their execution [Ch 176, Pg 15-16 and Ch 207, Pg 127-128]. Sometimes unconscious thought can cause aura to tense up and make one’s movements obvious [Ch 208, Pg 139-140]. Killua has mastered this aura distribution [Ch 167, Pg 62-64].
Electricity Manipulation [Hatsu]
Killua is able to utilize his Transmuter capabilities to change his aura into electricity [Ch 122, Pg 111-113 and Ch 125, Pg 161-163].
This was based on how he was trained to be tolerant of electricity since he was a baby [Ch 59, Pg 94-96 and Ch 125, Pg 163], with a master Nen user and expert Hunter named Biscuit commenting that it is impressive that he was capable of it at such a young age [Ch 146, Pg 104-105].
He is able to channel electricity through his yo-yos to electrocute others who are hit by them [Ch 178, Pg 52], and it’s more than likely that his electricity could channel through other metals.
He can also use electricity to activate simple machines [The Last Mission, 34:04/57:24-57:49] or cause burning [Ch 178, Pg 42-43 and Ch 303, Pg 57-58], which is enough to weld metal [The Last Mission, 59:47].
Killua can perform Nen abilities through this Hatsu, which all utilize Transmutation, such as:
Lightning Palm: Killua generates electricity with both his hands and touches his opponent to shock and sear them [Ch 178, Pg 42-43 and The Last Mission, 46:21].
Thunderbolt: Killua leaps into the air and projects a bolt of lightning that’s shot downward at his opponent [Ch 191, Pg 65-67], causing pain and paralyzing them long enough for follow-up attacks [Ch 280, Pg 202-205 and Ch 281, Pg 9-11].
Godspeed: A term used for a form Killua takes that utilizes two separate Nen abilities that he can switch between [Ch 281, Pg 19-20]. This form increases his power and speed by generating electricity all around himself and he can augment his physical strikes with this electricity to cause more damage and paralyze enemies [Ch 281, Pg 15-19]. Being in contact with Killua will cause one to receive continuous mild shocks [Ch 303, Pg 53].
Whirlwind: Allows Killua to instantly react to external stimuli by preprogramming his aura to send an electric signal to his muscles in response to different stimuli [Ch 240, Pg 85], basically letting him reflexively react to threats much more quickly than the nervous system [Ch 281, Pg 20]. Killua is able to preprogram what types of threats this will react to, such as physical contact, malevolent intent in an enemy’s aura, or someone stepping in a predetermined perimeter that he forms with a ring of electricity [Ch 303, Pg 56-58]. He can also preprogram the type of response it’ll give in return to those threats.
This all around makes this ability great for both offense and defense by enabling himself to hit opponents before they can hit him. Its reaction time is quick enough to let Killua catch objects instantly being conjured and punctured through his body to protect his brain [Ch 240, Pg 78-85]. It’s possible this technique also utilizes Manipulation, but this has never been confirmed.Speed of Lightning: Allows Killua to retain conscious control of his own movements while under Godspeed [Ch 281, Pg 20], as opposed to Whirlwind’s automatic reflexes. He possesses much improved running speed and jumping capabilities while using this [Ch 307, Pg 127], but is more affected by terrain and external stimuli due to manually being in control. This ability’s speed is so great that it was estimated to be able to travel about 40 km in only 10 minutes [Ch 328, Pg 147-148/153].
Utilizing any electric techniques requires Killua to stay charged by shocking himself with outside sources like tasers or electrical sockets [Ch 122, Pg 111-113 and Ch 286, Pg 121], among other outside sources [The Last Mission, 1:20:25/1:21:00].
He has admitted that he runs out of electricity fairly quickly [Ch 194, Pg 106], and he also doesn’t know how much electric aura he produces and can run out unexpectedly as a result [Ch 281, Pg 22-23].
Killua has also admitted that his electricity isn’t as powerful as one might think [Ch 194, Pg 106], meaning it’s more so used for stunning enemies for follow-up attacks [Ch 281, Pg 9-11] or high-speed reactions and movement [Ch 326, Pg 124-125].
While the initial statement referred to his electricity from early on, Killua hasn’t proven its potency to be lethal since that remark, besides the development of Godspeed.

Dodged gunfire [Phantom Rouge, 3:35]
Traveled down the crater Youpi had created so fast that he couldn’t perceive Killua until it was too late [Ch 281, Pg 14-17]
Likely outran this explosion created by adult Gon while under Godspeed since it wouldn’t make sense for Killua to survive this [Ch 307, Pg 143-145]
The 2011 anime version of this scene [2011 Ep 131, 21:32]
Whirlwind was quick enough to allow him to instantly react to a dart being conjured and puncturing through him as soon as it touched his skin [Ch 240, Pg 82-83], which does so pretty much instantly [Ch 239, Pg 57-58/61/64/68]
Thunderbolt has been called lightning by a Knuckle who didn’t know it came from Killua [Ch 281, Pg 9], and it was called that again by Youpi after he fought Killua [Ch 285, Pg 98], though this is dubious as to if these few claims would mean the attack moves this fast
Durability
Casually took Imori’s kick to the solar plexus [Ch 29, Pg 53-55]
Only had his hands bruised from Gon’s Rock Jajanken hitting the dodgeball he was holding multiple times in a row [Ch 165, Pg 23-27/32-34 and Ch 167, Pg 67-69], which he didn’t even protect with Nen [Ch 166, Pg 40-42]
Tanked Carabid Beetle’s explosion at its epicenter [Ch 236, Pg 16-18] (1.496 to 3.29 Kilotons of TNT - Small Town Level)
Scaling
Gon - Killua has been with Gon since the beginning [Ch 6, Pg 138], having trained with him at every point in their adventure [Ch 48, Pg 67-81 and Ch 137, Pg 152-153]. Note that he wouldn’t scale to Gon’s adult form due to the immense power boost he gains from such a transformation [Ch 306, Pg 111-115]. Not even Godspeed should reach those levels of power when it was stated by Pitou that Gon might be able to contend with the strongest character in Hunter × Hunter: Meruem [Ch 306, Pg 107].
Picked up and threw a giant stone tile before also breaking it [Ch 61, Pg 144-146], and was even capable of lifting it with his fishing rod earlier [Ch 58, Pg 80-82]
Lifted and swung a tree [Ch 233, Pg 158-159]
Broke Illumi’s arm with his grip [Ch 37, Pg 30-33 and Ch 38, Pg 50]
Snapped Gido’s steel peg leg with a punch [Ch 58, Pg 83-84]
Destroyed a stone block [Ch 41, Pg 119-120]
Destroyed a giant rock [Ch 138, Pg 179-180]
Did so again using his Rock Jajanken [Ch 145, Pg 97-100]
Wobbled a giant tree with his Rock Jajanken with ease [Ch 150, Pg 171-176]
Caused Razor to struggle with his Rock Jajanken launched dodgeball [Ch 165, Pg 32-35 and Ch 168, Pg 71-75]
It was also stated that his Rock Jajanken under Ren was as strong as Razor’s dodgeball throws [Ch 165, Pg 35], which he is going all out on at the request of Gon’s father for whenever Gon faced him [Ch 161, Pg 154]
Gon with the help of Hisoka and Killua himself also helped stop Razor’s maximum power spike [Ch 166, Pg 50-53 and Ch 167, Pg 55-64]
Worried and even was going to kill Morel with his Rock Jajanken [Ch 223, Pg 191-196], who blocked Menthuthuyoupi’s explosion that created a massive crater in the Royal Palace of East Gorteau with his Smoky Jail [Ch 279, Pg 167-169], and Morel himself stated he was only at about 35% of his peak condition during this [Ch 260, Pg 208] (123.454 Kilotons to 18.729 Megatons of TNT - Large Town to City Level)
Morel was also able to make a fog that filled up an entire forest [Ch 205, Pg 97-99]
Morel also stated he could fill this Nen space savannah that’s about the size of a baseball field with his produced smoke [Ch 245, Pg 155-157]
Moved faster than the eye could see and could do so at most from 20 meters away [Ch 133, Pg 97-99] (Mach 4.8 - Supersonic+)
Is fast enough to create afterimages of himself [Ch 61, Pg 144]
Launched Hollow to NGL with his Rock Jajanken [Ch 233, Pg 163-164] (Mach 8.96 - Hypersonic)
Was able to take a hit from and overpower Baro’s attack that was capable of crushing through a tree moments before [Ch 195, Pg 124-133]
Survived Razor’s Emitter enhanced dodgeball throw using Ko [Ch 163, Pg 181-187], who was able to make a large explosion by destroying a boat with his Emission abilities [Ch 145, Pg 96]
Kurapika - Kurapika was stronger during the Yorknew City arc because he possessed greater Nen capabilities during then [Ch 94, Pg 20-21 and Ch 122, Pg 108], but Killua should scale to any of his feats once he had more advanced Nen training with Biscuit [Ch 137, Pg 152-153].
Destroyed part of a cliff with his Chain Jail [2011 Ep 47, 4:39]
Stomped Uvogin so hard that he created a small crater [2011 Ep 47, 6:46]
Can move faster than the eye can see [Ch 18, Pg 20-21]
Stated that he can restrain a target who is a fair distance away with his chains in half a second [Ch 107, Pg 57 and Ch 110, Pg 102]
Restrained Chrollo with his Chain Jail from a few meters away in 0.2 to 0.3 seconds [Ch 113, Pg 151 and Ch 114, Pg 156-157]
Dodged gunfire [Ch 98, Pg 85-86]
Reacted to and caught multiple fired bullets with his Dowsing Chain [Ch 68, Pg 78-79]
Tanked an attack that created a small crater against a rock wall [Ch 82, Pg 158-160]
Survived Uvogin’s Big Bang Impact at full power and only came out of it with a broken arm [Ch 82, Pg 167-169]
Uvogin - Killua should be comparable due to scaling to Kurapika, who defeated Uvogin and killed him [Ch 84, Pg 16-20]. While Kurapika was stronger during this arc, Killua has since trained immensely in his own Nen capabilities to where he should scale overall [Ch 137, Pg 152-153. This is also based on how he and Gon were easily captured by the Phantom Troupe at one point [Ch 91, Pg 146-149], but was then able to handle Menthuthuyoupi of the Chimera Ant Royal Guard for a bit while under Godspeed [Ch 281, Pg 15-22], while the Phantom Troupe was still showing some of their limits against other strong Chimera Ants [Ch 226, Pg 45-49 and Ch 227, Pg 64-66/69]. Gon was also able to beat Nobunaga in arm wrestling through nothing but strength [Ch 91, Pg 158-159], so it can be argued it’s mostly a lack of skill for when they got caught, which is further shown by Killua being able to break Pakunoda’s arm and some of Machi’s ribs when they have been outsmarted [Ch 113, Pg 146-149 and Ch 114, Pg 155].
Crushed a skull with his bare hand [Ch 79, Pg 119]
Launched a steel door out of its frame [Ch 79, Pg 101]
Created a smokescreen by shattering the ground beneath him [Ch 82, Pg 166-167]
Made a massive explosion [Ch 75, Pg 31-32]
Created a giant crater with his Big Bang Impact [Ch 76, Pg 45-47], which is also stated to possess the destructive force of a small missile [Ch 79, Pg 102]
This crater was even more massive in the 2011 anime [2011 Ep 44, 5:30] (145.935 Kilotons of TNT)
A puppet Uvogin’s Big Bang Impact created this massive explosion in Phantom Rouge [36:18/46:46, Phantom Rouge]
Caught a bullet with his teeth at point-blank range [Ch 75, Pg 24-25]
Tanked a sniper shot to the head [Ch 75, Pg 27-28]
Tanked a bazooka that was designed to destroy tanks [Ch 75, Pg 29-31]
Other Phantom Troupe Members - Killua would scale physically to the rest of the Phantom Troupe for the same reasons he would scale to Kurapika and Uvogin. It should also be stated that Uvogin is physically the strongest of the Troupe [Ch 84, Pg 12/26], so if scaling to Uvogin is on the table, so should the whole Troupe.
Bonolenov created a giant explosion and crater with his Battle Cantabile: Jupiter [Ch 227, Pg 56-58] (218.134741874 Tons of TNT - Multi-City Block Level)
Feitan’s Rising Sun ability creates a miniature sun that is so hot that it burns opponents without making contact with them [Ch 229, Pg 91-95]
Many Phantom Troupes members are capable creating massive explosions able to be seen from high above Yorknew City [Ch 98, Pg 84/88-89 and Ch 99, Pg 107]
Chrollo created a massive explosion using his Nen ability The Sun and Moon on about 200 puppets all at once [Ch 356, Pg 124-125 and Ch 357, Pg 128-129] (6.828 Kilotons - Town Level)
Machi is stated to able to spin a Nen thread equivalent to cotton thread long enough to circle the entire globe [Ch 78, Pg 82], with the world of Hunter × Hunter have a much larger planet size than Earth’s when including the Dark Continent [Ch 338, Pg 166-167]
The anime’s depiction of the last picture featuring the world and Dark Continent
Map of the normal world inside Lake Mobius in the middle of the Dark Continent [Ch 342, Pg 30]
Note that she would need this much aura to be capable of doing this without recovering it back by resting, so while this is technically over time and not all at once, this as a whole should apply for the power output of her aura
Kortopi is able to conjure 50 exact copies of a large building one by one [Ch 108, Pg 74-75]
Note that he would need this much aura to be capable of doing this without recovering it back by resting, so while this is technically over time and not all at once, this as a whole should apply for the power output of his aura
Uvogin claimed the other Phantom Troupe members would be able to cover their ears fast enough from the sound he made from yelling [Ch 76, Pg 55-57]
Chrollo survived a massive explosion at its epicenter from Silva’s energy blasts [Ch 99, Pg 120-121 and Ch 100, Pg 123/130-131]
Menthuthuyoupi - Killua was able to pressure the Chimera Ant Royal Guard nicknamed Youpi to the point that he wasn’t able to do anything while he was in Godspeed even though Youpi claimed those attacks were less than a tenth of his full strength [Ch 281, Pg 15-22]. His attacks didn’t do any lasting damage, but it was still enough to keep him stunned for a while.
Formed a large crater with a slamming attack [Ch 278, Pg 150-151]
Made an explosion that created a massive crater in the Royal Palace of East Gorteau [Ch 278, Pg 154-158] (123.454 Kilotons to 18.729 Megatons of TNT - Large Town to City Level)
Another view of the crater [Ch 279, Pg 167-169]
Youpi would later on create another explosion that’s seemingly bigger seen from this high view of the area [Ch 285, Pg 104-105], and here is another view of this explosion and showing of it having caused part of the Royal Palace of East Gorteau to fall [Ch 286, Pg 117/120], along with these views of the crater made [Ch 287, Pg 133/138 and Ch 288, Pg 162-165]
More views showing off the craters [Ch 293, Pg 47, Ch 300, Pg 189-190, and Ch 339, Pg 186]
Should also be comparable to fellow Royal Guard Neferpitou, who pounced from the Chimera Ant Nest to a far away cliff to quickly attack Kite [Ch 198, Pg 173-177] (Mach 105.8 - Massively Hypersonic)
It has been noted that her En that Kite stepped within and alerted Pitou can reach around 2 km [Ch 259, Pg 103], meaning that was most likely the distance from Pitou to Kite, so this might affect the above calc somewhat
Pitou is also capable of activating their Nen ability and attack in less than 0.1 seconds [Ch 264, Pg 74-75]
Other Chimera Ants - If scaling to Youpi is on the table, then Killua should also be able to scale to lesser Chimera Ants, especially since he has been able to handle many of them without even using Godspeed [Ch 219, Pg 131-133].
Leol can create a flood of water enough to fill a chapel with his stolen Inamura ability [Ch 253, Pg 93-101], even being able to make a massive wave with it [Ch 254, Pg 105-107]
This map shows just how much he flooded it [Ch 254, Pg 111]
Cheetu can create a Nen savannah about the size of a baseball field to trap his opponents in with his Tag ability [Ch 245, Pg 153-157]
Carabid Beetle was able to create a giant explosion within a forest [Ch 236, Pg 16-18] (1.496 to 3.29 Kilotons of TNT - Small Town Level)
Leol is capable of throwing a harpoon at sonic speed [Ch 253, Pg 100]
Cheetu started to dodge a bullet right when it was about to hit him and blitzed multiple police officers within that time [Ch 218, Pg 106-107] (Mach 22.469 at Best - Hypersonic+)
Kite - While Kite is definitely more skilled than Killua, a lot of training and experience allowed Killua’s Godspeed to handle Youpi and indicates that their Nen outputs could be seen as somewhat around the same ballpark [Ch 281, Pg 15-22]. It should be noted that Kite was defeated by another Chimera Ant Royal Guard [Ch 199, Pg 197], but this was due to being distracted by Gon and Killua [Ch 198, Pg 173-177], meaning he would have been able to put up a close fight against Neferpitou [Ch 198, Pg 181], and he overall underestimated them [Ch 259, Pg 193]. To add to this, Killua kept up with Youpi much better than a Hunter named Knuckle, who Gon described as having physical strength equal to Kite [Ch 205, Pg 90].
Destroyed a section of a forest with his Silent Waltz attack [Ch 196, Pg 144-147]
This even created a cyclone in the anime version [2011 Ep 83, 19:50], and exclusively did so again later on in the anime [2011 Ep 84, 9:00]
Training & Experience
Ran for six hours straight and covered 80 kilometers in that time [Ch 7, Pg 147-148], and continued this pace up some long stairs while staying in front of everyone else [Ch 7, Pg 150/158]
Stole Imori’s badge while his hands were in his pocket by intentionally taking a kick to draw him close [Ch 29, Pg 53-55]
Reached the Fifth Phase of the 287th Hunter Exam before being disqualified for killing [Ch 33, Pg 127-129 and Ch 36, Pg 25], but he then became the sole person who passed the following year by defeating every person trying out during the First Phase [Ch 148, Pg 142-149]
Made it to the 200th floor of the Heavens Arena combat tower after two years starting at the age of six [Ch 44, Pg 181-182], and took only two months to have reached the 150th floor beforehand [Ch 46, Pg 31]
Was capable of defeating the Nen and kung fu student Zushi before learning about Nen himself [Ch 45, Pg 16-19/23-24 and Ch 46, Pg 40-41]
Learned how to perform Ten after very basic instruction just moments after having his Aura Nodes opened [Ch 48, Pg 77-80], and was all around considered a prodigy for learning Nen [Ch 57, Pg 58-61 and Ch 60, Pg 120-121/125]
Tailed two Phantom Troupe members around Yorknew City despite them knowing that they were being followed due to them not giving themselves away [Ch 90, Pg 124-130], though other Phantom Troupe members were tailing them in return and they got caught [Ch 90, Pg 131-139]
Had enough stamina to run 43 miles back and forth and dug 1/8 of a mile using a normal shovel in a day [Ch 140, Pg 7-15], and was able to dig 3 miles in a day after discovering Shu [Ch 141, Pg 23]
Mastered Ryu for Nen combat in two weeks as opposed to the expected two months [Ch 144, Pg 81-82]
Precisely removed Illumi’s mind manipulating needle that was implanted into his own brain and was able to resist its effects long enough to do so [Ch 219, Pg 127-130]
Defeated Johness [Ch 21, Pg 72-81], Riehlvelt [Ch 59, Pg 95-98], Binolt [Ch 139, Pg 188-192/200-201], Sub [Ch 178, Pg 39-52], Mosquito [Ch 193, Pg 92-94], Rammot [Ch 219, Pg 131-133], Ortho Siblings [Ch 240, Pg 71-82], Illumi [Ch 336, Pg 114-116]
Weaknesses
Killua’s Hatsu is only able to be used if he is charged up with electricity through outside sources [Ch 138, Pg 178], meaning he can run out of it and be incapable of using his electric abilities and is even noted to do so pretty quickly [Ch 194, Pg 106].
This also means his Godspeed ability has a time limit and he all around can unexpectedly run out of juice [Ch 281, Pg 22-23].
Using too much aura can leave one tired and more vulnerable [Ch 48, Pg 78], with advanced techniques like Shu use up more energy [Ch 140, Pg 21].
This can even cause one to have a hard time moving [Ch 170, Pg 105] or pass out [Ch 168, Pg 71-75 and Ch 209, Pg 160].
Many Nen principles and advanced techniques can leave some or all of his body vulnerable in order to use [Ch 203, Pg 61-62], like Zetsu [Ch 50, Pg 114-115] or Ko [Ch 141, Pg 33].
Tends to think too hard about various situations when there is usually a simple solution or reason for what happened [Ch 125, Pg 152-156/159-160].
Killua also had a weakness of running away once he saw that he was fighting an equal or stronger opponent [Ch 92, Pg 179 and Ch 219, Pg 121-126], only feeling comfortable if he knew the odds were 100% in his favor [Ch 201, Pg 26-27] and resulting in him usually giving up too soon overall [Ch 210, Pg 168-172], but this was caused by a manipulating needle implanted into him by his brother Illumi that he has since ripped out and gotten over [Ch 219, Pg 127-130 and Ch 260, Pg 205].
