      First of all Jiren has no Time hax. It was Hit. And Goku and Jiren didnt nullify anything. The narrator , Vados , Tien and Hit said that his strength trascends time. Then he shook the world of void which is filled with nothingness and eternity which is infinite time.

      Last not least time skip was still working implied by the ice background when Goku paced through it , so he didnt nullify it but was simply that fast.

      He only nullified it in the manga but manga and Anime are not the same and treat alot of things differently

      Yah I saw that. His feats range from Mountain to multiversal. I guess I was wrong about solar system. I think Hulk should win via scaling to Sentry who effortlessly killed a Celestial + Molecule man

    They aren't.

    It's an outlier that breaks the power scaling. Jiren moved in Stopped Time and overpowering Time itself, shaking the world of Void which isn't infinite in size ( Mistranslation) but is a void filled with eternal nothingness. Goku was moving faster than someone who was ahead in time which isn't technically faster than time but still a big feat.( Note : Manga timeskip and Anime Timeskip from Hit are different )

      Whis only went Quadrillion times speed of light , so them going faster than time is an outlier. But so are all of Hulks universal feats as well. Vsbattle has Thor , Sentry Hulk at Solar System without outliers. So if they make Hulk universal , Broly should have the faster than time scaling as well ...

      That wouldn't make any sense because solar system level isn't even consistant for Marvel hearlds. Many VS Battle Wiki admins have already admitted that thier site doesn't do Marvel and DC heraids justice.

      Read the rules about power scaling DC and Marvel. And they do have certain version of characters at Multiversal as well like Rune King Thor , Odin and Superman. They just don't take feats out of context like most comic fans do.

      Also read the Tier explaination. Multi solarsystem doesn't
      just mean 2x Solar system. Next would be Galaxy level which is trillion times higher of a tier than Galaxy level
