Why wasn't Bucky's EMP factor into the result section considering it can disable Red Hood's helmet and communications
It was likely considered for the script, but for the most part, the fight is pretty straightforward. There's not really a need to bring it up
How fast do you consider Bucky and Jason?
Opinions have shifted a bit depending on the community. We normally see MHS at the lowest and Rela/Light at the highest for street tiers in both series.
Was post-crisis stuff for Red Hood factored in?
Yes
